Job Summary

A Desktop Publisher designs, formats, and produces print and digital materials by combining text, images, and graphic elements using specialized publishing software to create visually compelling documents ready for distribution or print.

Responsibilities

• Design and format print and digital materials using desktop publishing tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop to produce visually compelling documents
• Apply strong typography and layout skills to enhance the visual appeal and readability of materials
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all published content to maintain high-quality standards
• Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines while working independently or collaboratively within a team
• Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide updates
• Utilize knowledge of print production processes and file formats (PDF, EPS, etc.) to prepare files suitable for printing and digital distribution
