Responsibilities & Duties

Liaise with Client, Consultant and project team for the planning, execution, and completion of projects.

Leading monthly meetings.

Ensure on-site work comply with the local authority requirements. 

Coordinate with supplier / sub-contractor of the tender specification and quotation.

Prepare weekly work schedules.

Oversee and hold overall responsibility for works carried out by junior supervisors assigned under his/her care.

Ensure that all aspects met the government regulations and standards, including safety of works, inspections and testing of equipment and machinery, training needs of staff.

Provide timely design progress reporting to management.

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Engineering or equivalent

Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in ACMV Design work

Knowledge of Cleanroom System Design and Room Heat Load Calculation

Ability to create proposal design documents

Proficient in conducting fieldwork measurements to comprehend the site environment

Conversant with local codes and regulations for ACMV

Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

Efficient, analytical skills and able to design work independently

Working hour  : 8:30am to 5:30pm (5 days’ work week)
