Job Summary
Join Tay Dental Surgery as an Admin and Receptionist to provide efficient administrative support, manage patient interactions, and maintain smooth clinic operations in a friendly, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
1. Register patients accurately and manage appointment scheduling via phone, voicemail, email, and WhatsApp to ensure smooth patient flow.
2. Collect fees and prepare the reception counter daily to support clinic operations.
3. Liaise with dental labs and specialists to document and coordinate patient referrals and communications.
4. Assist in preparing end-of-day summaries and reports for CHAS, Medisave, invoices, and petty cash to support financial tracking.
5. Organize the clinic work schedule to optimize staff and resource allocation.
6. Support staff management by tracking annual leave, medical leave, timesheets, and responsibilities to maintain workforce efficiency.
7. Manage inventory and emergency drugs to ensure clinic readiness and compliance.
8. Assist dentists with follow-up on treatment plans by preparing end-of-month summaries and patient records
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Willingness to learn and complete training for Points 1,2 and 3 receptionist competencies
- Points 4 to 8 will be taught if candidate is found to be capable in managing extra responsibilities.
