We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Catering Chef to support our kitchen operations in preparing high-quality dishes for events and catering services. The ideal candidate is passionate about food preparation, maintains high hygiene standards, and works well in a fast-paced team environment.
💰Salary: $2500-$3200
📍Location: Bedok
- Prepare and plate cooked dishes as well as cold menu items such as salads, appetizers, and sandwiches.
- Assist with daily food preparation tasks.
- Ensure all food is prepared on time and meets quality and presentation standards.
- Follow recipes and plating guidelines as specified by the kitchen.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all work areas in compliance with food safety standards.
- Receive, store, and manage kitchen stock with proper FIFO rotation.
- Keep kitchen equipment and workstations clean and well-maintained.
- Support the kitchen team in daily operations and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Company.
- Experience in catering, central kitchen, or F&B kitchen environment preferred.
- Good understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Team player with a positive and responsible attitude.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
