Job Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and update records in Excel and internal systems
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and proper record maintenance
- Maintain organized filing and documentation systems
- Provide general administrative support and assist with ad-hoc duties assigned by management
- Handle basic office administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Minimum secondary education or equivalent qualification
- At least 1 year of administrative or data entry experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel
- Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
- Ablet o commence work within short notice will be an advantage
- 5-day work week
