We’re looking for passionate freelance dance teachers to lead our Adult ClassPass Programme. This is an opportunity to teach what you love, connect with like-minded adults, and build your own regular student community within a supportive and professional studio.

This is more than a freelance teaching position. It’s an opportunity to establish your own class, grow a loyal following, and develop your teaching career alongside M.A BALLET.

We’re looking for teachers who are passionate about adult dance and movement. We welcome a wide variety of class styles, including:

• Adult Beginner Ballet
• Open Ballet
• Contemporary
• Jazz
• Dance Fitness
• Barre
• Stretch & Mobility
• Flexibility & Conditioning
• Floor Barre
• Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT)
• Pointe (where appropriate)
• Repertoire
• Choreography
• Pilates-inspired movement
• Body Conditioning

We encourage our teachers to build genuine relationships with their students and create classes that people look forward to attending each week.

At M.A BALLET, we want our teachers to feel that this is a place where they can build something meaningful, not simply teach an occasional class.

For our Adult ClassPass Programme, teachers are compensated based on a percentage of the net class revenue.

Teacher Compensation: 40%–50% of net class revenue

The exact percentage will depend on your teaching experience, qualifications, and responsibilities.

As your classes become more popular, your earnings increase accordingly.
