Job description for Customer Support Representative at Talent Trader Group
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with customers regarding work plans and service operations
Coordinate with operations coordinators on job schedules
Handle and log all incoming customer requests
Assign and communicate work requests to the operations team
Maintain and update work orders and scheduling records
Prepare call reports and summaries, including subcontractor job requests
Ensure tools and equipment are properly issued, returned, and maintained in good working condition
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Carry out additional duties assigned by supervisors as required
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Management any related fields.
Minimum 1 year of customer support experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
