About the role

Sunton Trading and Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service professional. In this full-time role based in Raffles Place, Central Region, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our diverse client base.

What you'll be doing

Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels

Providing accurate and timely responses to customer questions and concerns

Troubleshooting issues and providing effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction

Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and following up as needed

Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex customer needs

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the call centre or customer service industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a positive customer experience

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries

Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools

A friendly, patient, and professional demeanour with a genuine desire to help customers

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
