Job description for Customer Service Executive at Refine Printing Pte Ltd
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Handling all phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Preparing quotations, processing orders, and following up with customers to ensure order closure.
Providing sales administrative support and coordinating between departments and customers.
Working with the accounts department to resolve clients' outstanding payment matters.
Maintaining accurate records, including daily job sheets, data backup, and weekly filing of completed orders.
Sales Incentive Programme - Participating in sales-related activities, including cold calling, sales marketing, direct mailers, data collection, EDM, and social media.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with:
Minimum O-level or equivalent in any field.
At least 1 year of work experience in customer service or sales administration.
Comprehensive training will be provided.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
