Job Summary

You will independently resolve POS-related customer issues, provide remote and onsite repair guidance, deliver frontline after-sales support, and offer training and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve customer problems related to Point Of Sales (POS) systems to ensure smooth operation
  • Guide customers remotely or onsite to perform repair work effectively
  • Deliver frontline after-sales support to address customer inquiries and technical issues promptly
  • Provide training and ongoing support to customers to enhance their use of POS systems
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Adapt to shift duties, including weekends and public holidays, to ensure continuous support coverage

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Computer literacy to operate and troubleshoot IT services related to POS systems
  • Good interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and build rapport with customers and team members
  • Willingness to work shifts and flexible hours to meet operational needs
