Roles & Responsibilities

The perfect candidate for this job will have excellent communication andcustomer service skills, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and theability to work independently.(Must can work on weekend and public holiday)

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Provide customers with information about products and services.
  • Process customer orders and payments.
  • Update customer accounts.
  • Resolve customer service issues.
  • Refer customers to other departments as necessary.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience as a customer service or related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Basic computer skills
