Job description for Customer Service Assistant at Kelly Oriental Skincare
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet customers, providing friendly and professional service at all times.
Respond to customer enquiries via messages and social media platforms linked to our aesthetic clinic outlets.
Manage e-commerce interactions by assisting customers who purchase skincare products online, including packing and dropping off parcels.
Assist in inventory management for online e-commerce platforms, including stock tracking, stock replenishment coordination, and ensuring accurate product listings and availability.
Maintain accurate clinic records, including entering package and sales details, and ensure customer acknowledgment after treatments.
Assist with minor video shooting tasks as required by the marketing team.
Requirements:
Fluent in English; able to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers will be an advantage.
Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented.
Detail-oriented and organised.
Comfortable using social media and e-commerce platforms.
Basic inventory management and stock coordination skills will be an advantage.
Willing to assist with light creative tasks such as video shooting.
