Responsibilities:

Liaise and arranging with client, shipping line,co-loaders and overseas agents.

Handle full set of Export , Import , Crosstrade , Permit, Etc 

Generating quotations to customers

Follow up on export or import shipments and updating of shipping status

Answer inbound enquiries and provide information pertaining to queries, complaints and feedback

Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

Diploma in Logistics / Business or relevant fields

At least 1 year freight forwarding experience

Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel & Word

Good interpersonal and communications skills

Dedicated, committed and keen to learn
