Job description for Customer Service Advisor at 98 Auto Ventures Pte. Ltd.

Customer Service Advisor ( Car Workshop ) BASIC $2,400 - $2,800 + COMMS


As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and professional service experience from vehicle intake through completion, while supporting aftersales performance and revenue growth.

Attend to customers professionally and promptly, minimizing waiting time and ensuring a positive service experience.

Liaise closely with the Workshop to obtain accurate vehicle diagnoses and provide professional advice on repairs, servicing, or technical assistance.

Coordinate with internal teams and relevant parties to ensure repairs and servicing meet customer needs and manufacturer guidelines.

Keep customers regularly updated on service progress and follow up accordingly.

Support the daily operations of the service reception.

Track backordered parts and follow up with customers to schedule installation appointments promptly.

Manage customer expectations and feedback, ensuring complaints are addressed with urgency to keep complaint ratios low.

Actively promote and upsell aftersales parts, accessories, service packages, and extended warranties to increase aftersales revenue.

Monitor, track, and close outstanding and WIP repair orders, purchase orders, and aftersales documentation within required timelines.

Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the work area at all times.

Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the Service Manager.



Job Requirements

GCE ‘O’ Levels or Nitec/Higher Nitec in automotive-related fields.

Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or sales roles.

Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus, but not required.

Basic understanding of vehicle functions and maintenance is preferred.

Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with various stakeholders.
