Job Description:
Chop, portion, and fully set up your station so you are 100% ready for the rush.
Execute the restaurant dishes accurately and consistently.
Maintain strict food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness at your station.
Communicate clearly with the Sous Chef and your fellow cooks to keep tickets moving during busy CBD lunches and dinners.
Requirements:
High energy, a strong work ethic, and the stamina to thrive in a hot, fast-paced kitchen.
Jump in to help a teammate out of the weeds.
You care about the food you put out and never cut corners on quality.
Knowledge of Italian is a bonus. Welcome Western/International/Greek/American/Vietnamese cuisines too. No experience? We will train the right attitude!
