Job description for Cook at Hajime Tonkatsu & Ramen
Hajime Tonkatsu (pork) & Ramen serves Japanese cuisine.
We prepare all our meats, soup broth, vegetables and sauces fresh at the shop. You'll be involved in every step of the food preparation process. The role is great if you'll like to learn the full range of skills, and less suitable for those who prefer to only assemble pre-mixed/ central kitchen supplied items.
You are responsible for preparing food based on the SOP, maintaining good hygiene levels (wipe down/ sweep & mop), stock taking for your own station. You'll work in a team of 3-5 people on each shift.
Benefits: 2 staff meals daily (~330pm and ~930pm), 1.5x OT pay, annual salary review and performance bonus, quarterly incentive, medical benefit.
Shifts will be between 10am-930pm (may be shorter) with ~5.5 work day. Permanent part-time is available
