Job Description:

In charge of an area.

Ensure that works done comply with all safety protocols and processes.

Ensure quality of the works as per specifications.

Prepare " 3 week look ahead" schedule in accordance to the overall program.

Define scope of subcontractors and manage subcontractors in the area.

Manage 1 to 2 supervisors in the area.

Ensure design, approved documentation, materials and equipment and subcontractors are ready for each activity on site.

Update site utilization plan.

Coordinate with other construction areas, design, quality and commercial team.

Job Requirements:

Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 3 years of experience in RC works for station top down construction (excavation, RC works, strutting).

Experience in TBM would be a plus.

Experience as a lifting engineer would be a plus.

Team player and can work independently alone.
