Job Description:

-To assist the Project Director/Manager in Mechanical & Electrical planning and supervision works

-Ensure mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical and etc.) comply with local codes and standards.

-Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and the project team to implement approved designs.

-Oversee the installation and commissioning of mechanical systems to ensure proper function and safety.

-Conduct site inspections and performance tests to verify mechanical system functionality.

-Maintain documentation of design changes, approvals, and progress.

-Ensure mechanical work is completed on time and meets project quality standards.

Requirements：

✅ At least 2 years of construction-related experience

✅ Understand Ms Office, PDF, AutoCad software will be advantage

✅ Fluent in English & Chinese
