Job Description:

Develop and write CNC machine programs using Master CAM/Surf CAM.

Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to engineering specifications

Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal efficiency and product quality

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines

Collaborate with the engineering team to improve manufacturing processes and optimize CNC programming

Maintain detailed records of production data, machine settings, and quality control measures.

Job Requirement

Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field

Proven experience as a CNC programmer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong knowledge of CNC machine programming, including G-code and CAD/CAM software

Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and optimize CNC operations

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the engineering team
