Job Requirement:

1.     Create and optimize CNC milling programs for 3/4/5-axis machining

2.     Generate tool paths using suitable software

3.     Select suitable cutting tools and various type machines

4.     Support machine setup and First Article run

5.     Troubleshoot machining and programming issues

6.     Improve cycle time and machining efficiency

7.     Need to support Penang Production when necessary

Requirement:

1.     NITEC/Higher NITEC/ Diploma in Precision Engineering of related field

2.     Minimum3-5 years CNC programming experience

3.     Strong experience in 3-axis, 4-axis, 5-axis machining

4.     Experience with G-cold (EIA) & Mazatrol programming

5.     Proficient in CAM software: Mastercam, AutoCAD, Solidworks, PRO-E, UG (optional)

6.     Able to read engineering drawing and GD&T

7.     Good understanding of machining processes and cutting parameters

8.     Knowledge of fixture design and tooling selection
