Analyst/Sr Analyst, Cloud Engineering

What you will do:
Support the build, maintenance, and execution of DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
Implement Azure cloud solutions using Microsoft technologies under guidance from senior team members.
Contribute to the development and application of Azure standards, patterns, and best practices (e.g., documentation, reusable templates, consistent configuration).
Participate in project delivery activities including requirements analysis, task implementation, testing, and documentation.
Implement and support Azure infrastructure and platform services to meet security, reliability, and business requirements.
Assist customers and internal teams with assessing workloads for suitability to move to Azure.
Support troubleshooting and operational activities (monitoring, logging, alerting) to keep solutions stable and supportable\
Technical requirements
Exposure to CI/CD concepts using Azure DevOps or GitHub.
Foundational knowledge or hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform, or similar).
Working knowledge of Azure core services: compute, storage, networking, identity.
Experience supporting or implementing Azure IaaS and/or PaaS solutions.
Familiarity with monitoring/logging/alerting tools such as Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
Awareness of high availability, backup, and disaster recovery concepts.
Basic Azure networking knowledge: VNets, subnets, NSGs, peering.
Exposure to containers / Kubernetes (AKS) is a plus.
Familiarity with Entra ID (Azure AD), RBAC, and MFA concepts.
Professional skills
Ability to work effectively within a team and follow established delivery processes.
Developing ability to communicate technical information clearly (verbal and written).
Comfortable working with internal stakeholders and/or clients in a delivery environment.
Education & experience
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field and/or 1–3 years of experience in the IT sector.
Preferred certifications
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (or within 1 year of hire).
