About the role

Toothsmith Dental Surgery Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Dental Clinic Executive to join our team on a full-time basis at our Potong Pasir Central Region location. This is a pivotal role that makes you an essential part of our patient care delivery and practice operations. You will be the first point of contact for our patients ensuring a seamless and professional experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Key responsibilities

Greeting patients warmly upon arrival and managing the reception desk, including answering telephone enquiries and scheduling appointments

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records

Processing patient payments, handling cash and card transactions, and maintaining financial records

Processing referrals and managing patient correspondence

Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming clinic environment

Ensuring adherence to administrative SOPs

What we're looking for

Experience as a receptionist or equivalent experience in a dental practice setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients and team members

Excellent organisational and time management abilities

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment

Flexibility and willingness to support various aspects of practice operations

Patient-centered approach with a genuine interest in providing excellent customer service

Willing to work on a 5 days shift based roster.
