Job description for Client Success Executive at AccountStaff

Our client is looking for a client-facing service delivery role to offer technology advisory and management services. Our Client Service Advisor works closely with stakeholders to support our clients’ digitalisation journey to drive business growth. 

Key Responsibilities

Offer cost-effective and practical advice and on digitalisation roadmap, AI automation, IT budgeting and IT governance.

Be the first point of contact for our clients in IT service management framework.

Assist in preparing proposals, estimates, and presentations for clients.

Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell IT managed services .

Strengthen client relationships to ensure service excellence.

Coordinate with technical teams and external vendors to provide complete end-to-end IT managed services

Requirements

At least 3-year relevant experience in client service, service delivery, account management, or business or IT advisory roles

Background in Accounting, Business, or related disciplines, with experience in or exposure to the IT or technology sector

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills

Proactive, organized, and solutions-oriented

Able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
