Core Responsibilities

Portfolio Oversight: Assist in audit-checking client asset portfolios for precision and growth updates.

Strategic Coordination: Own the calendar—manage high-priority meetings and proactive follow-ups with efficiency.

Operational Integrity: Supervise essential account documentation and ensure all administrative records are seamless.

Experience Management: Support the execution of corporate events and creative administrative projects.

Precision Execution: Organize and drive team tasks to ensure no deadline is ever missed.

Who We Are Looking For

Academic Background: Minimum Diploma or A-Level equivalent (Private Diploma holders should be pursuing/possess a Degree).

Communication: Naturally articulate in English with the ability to build immediate rapport and trust.

Tech Literacy: Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and a creative eye for Canva.

Eligibility: Open to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents only (Minimum 21 due to regulatory requirements).

The Numbers

Base Allowance: $2,000 – $3,000 per month.
