Job description for Client Solutions Executive at TBS CAPITAL PTE. LTD.
Tembusu is looking for a driven and highly organised Client Solutions Executive to manage inbound financing leads generated from digitalmarketing campaigns and referral channels.
This role is focused on engaging prospective borrowers,understanding their financing needs, conducting diligent follow-ups, and coordinating financing solutions through both internal and external channels.
The ideal candidate is proactive, responsive,customer-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced performance-drivenenvironment.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone calls and WhatsApp
- Understand clients’ financing requirements and assess suitability
- Conduct consistent follow-ups with leads to maximise conversion rates
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up updates
- Escalate suitable cases to the internal sales team promptly
- Liaise with external lenders and brokers for referral cases
- Follow up consistently with external partners for updates on active cases
- Update clients on application progress and required documentation
- Manage and track active cases until closure
- Build strong relationships with clients and financing partners
Requirements
- Prior experience in telesales, financial services, banking, loans, insurance, or customer relationship management preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with clients over phone and WhatsApp
- Strong follow-up discipline and organisational skills
- Detail-oriented and responsive
- Able to multitask and manage multiple leads concurrently
- Familiarity with SME financing, property-backed loans, or business loans is advantageous
- Experience using CRM systems is a plus
