Job Summary
Support freight forwarding operations by preparing accurate shipment quotations, coordinating with internal teams and overseas agents, maintaining customer records, and managing customer communications to drive service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless freight forwarding operations
- Prepare detailed freight quotations for air, sea, and land shipments based on specific customer requirements
- Collaborate with operations, pricing, and overseas agents to obtain accurate rates and service information for quotations
- Follow up promptly on quotations, customer inquiries, and sales leads to support business development
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and rate agreements to ensure data accuracy
- Manage customer correspondence related to quotations, documentation, and service inquiries to enhance customer experience
- Support the onboarding process for new customers to facilitate smooth integration
- Execute additional ad hoc duties as assigned to support team objectives
- Work independently and apply creative problem-solving to meet operational needs
