Job Summary
Date High Flyers seeks an experienced Client Services Manager to lead client account management and matchmaking activities, enhancing client satisfaction and deepening relationships within a dynamic global team.
Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Coordinate member pairings and respond to client requests to support matchmaking success
- Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally to maintain trust and loyalty
- Maintain and update the client database to efficiently source and select potential matches
- Execute matchmaking and headhunting activities collaboratively with the team to identify ideal matches
- Arrange dates at selected venues and collect client feedback to improve matchmaking processes
- Engage with clients directly to strengthen relationships and enhance client retention
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in client servicing, preferably with professional clients locally and globally
- Strong listening and negotiation skills applied in client interactions
- Superior command of the English language is mandatory
- Experience working in a call centre environment is advantageous
- Warm, professional demeanor with a commitment to delivering excellent client experiences
- Skilled at managing demanding clients and resolving issues professionally
Other Information
Remuneration
- Starting annual salary of $42,000 with commissions for meeting targets
- Basic medical and dental benefits
- Five-day work week, 10am to 7pm
