In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the firm’s outreach and client engagement efforts by connecting with prospective clients, identifying opportunities, and coordinating appointments for the team. Full time ($2,500 – $5,000 per month) / Part time ($10 – $15 per hour, with additional commission based on performance)


🔑 Responsibilities: 🔍📈🎯

- Conduct outreach activities to connect with prospective clients and introduce the firm’s services

- Engage with potential clients professionally through calls, messaging platforms, and follow-ups

- Identify client needs and coordinate appointments with the internal team

- Maintain and update client contact records accurately in the system

- Work closely with internal teams to support client engagement initiatives and campaigns

- Achieve outreach and appointment coordination targets set by the team

- Singaporean/PR

- Minimum Local Polytechnic Diploma or any recognized Bachelor's Degree

- Prior experience in customer service, telemarketing, sales support, or client engagement will be an advantage

- Proficiency in English & Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients

- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable engaging with new people

- Able to work independently while being a collaborative team player
