Job description for Claim Assistant at Ajax Adjusters & Surveyors Pte Ltd
Responsibilities:
• Claims registration
• Assist to assess personal lines and non-complex commercial insurance claims
• Assist to follow up on supporting claims documents
• Assist to answer call enquiries with regards to the claims
• Filling and archive of claims after closures
• Update claims status reports
• Assist in preparation of simple reports/ typing of manual
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned Requirements:
• Candidates should possess good communication and writing skills
• Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Independent and a good team player
• Candidates should hold at least O level
• Applicants with insurance certificate will have an advantage • Remuneration shall commensurate with experience
