Job Description

Operate reactors and mixing tanks to meet daily production targets.

Monitor and maintain reactor process parameters through DCS (Distributed Control System).

Use flow meters and pumps to dose resins and solvents.

Handle drums for solvent dosing during the production process.

Perform basic chemical analysis to ensure in-process quality control.

Operate grinding mills and mixing equipment.

Operate pumps and filters to transfer finished products into drums or IBC containers.

Maintain good housekeeping practices and adhere to safety standards.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma / ITE in Chemical Technology or related field.

Prior experience in a chemical manufacturing environment is preferred.

Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts and overtime when required.

Physically fit for manual handling and working in a non-air-conditioned environment.

Able to read, write, and communicate in basic English.

Applicants must be willing to work in Tuas, Singapore.
