Job Title: North Indian Chaat Chef
Experience Required: 2–5 years (minimum 1 year in chaat preparation)
Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chaat Chef who specializes in authentic North Indian street-style chaat items. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience preparing a variety of chaat dishes, maintaining hygiene, and ensuring consistent taste and presentation.
- Prepare a wide range of North Indian chaat items such as:
Pani Puri (Golgappa)
Aloo Tikki Chaat
Dahi Bhalla
Papdi Chaat
Sev Puri
Raj Kachori
Bhel Puri
Chole Kulche / Bhature
Pav Bhaji (if included) - Make fresh chutneys and masalas from scratch.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow FSSAI food safety guidelines.
- Innovate and update the menu based on trends and seasons.
- Manage ingredient inventory and minimize food wastage.
- Train helpers or junior kitchen staff (if applicable).
