Job description for CHEF at Chilli Padi Nonya Catering
Set-up kitchen for the day’s business by preparing necessary equipment, utensils and food ingredients etc. at work stations.
Prepare customers’ orders according to standard recipes and procedures.
Perform food safety and work safety rules and policies at all times.
Prepare food ingredients for next day operations.
Store all food products/ ingredients at the end of the day.
When necessary, order food items/ ingredients/ dry goods through supplier.
Perform general washing and cleaning duties, and proper upkeep of work station, equipment and facilities sanitary.
Perform daily and weekly cleaning duties according to schedules.
Perform any other duties to be assigned from time to time by superiors.
