Centre Manager – Yishun Park Hawker Centre

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Centre Manager to lead the operations of Yishun Park Hawker Centre. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, centre profitability, and community engagement.

As part of our growth and expansion plans, we are looking for a capable individual who can lead a team, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive the centre's performance while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

·      Lead and oversee all aspects of the hawker centre's daily operations.

·      Manage and supervise the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient centre management.

·      Build and maintain strong relationships withstall tenants, ensuring a positive and collaborative working environment.

·      Ensure compliance with all regulatoryrequirements, tenancy agreements, company policies, and operational SOPs.

·      Develop and implement operational strategies toimprove efficiency, customer satisfaction, and centre performance.

·      Oversee centre cleanliness, facilities management, security, and preventive maintenance programs.

·      Liaise with government agencies, landlords, contractors, consultants, and service providers.

·      Handle tenant onboarding, tenancy matters, renewals, and operational issues.

·      Plan and execute marketing, promotional, and community engagement initiatives to increase footfall and tenant sales.

·      Monitor budgets, operating costs, and financial performance to achieve business objectives.

·      Prepare reports, presentations, and management updates.

·      Drive KPI achievement and continuous improvement initiatives across the centre.

Requirements

·      Diploma or Degree in Business, Hospitality, Property Management, Facilities Management, or related disciplines.

·      Minimum 3–5 years of management experience in hawker centres, food courts, retail malls, commercial properties, hospitality, or related operations.

·      Strong experience in tenant management and stakeholder engagement.

·      Good understanding of regulatory compliance ,facilities management, and operational controls.

·      Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.

·      Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

·      Resourceful, commercially minded, and results-driven.

·      Comfortable working on-site and handling operational matters when required.
