Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.

Take customer orders and process payments accurately.

Serve food and beverages promptly.

Prepare simple drinks and assist with basic food preparation when required.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining and service areas.

Clear tables and ensure proper table setup.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

Support daily cafe operations and teamwork.

Requirements

Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or F&B environment is an advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Basic English communication skills preferred.
