Responsibilities:

Beverage Preparation:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based drinks, including lattes, cappuccinos, and iced coffees.

Operate and maintain espresso machines and other coffee equipment.

Ice Cream Service:

Scoop and serve ice cream

Prepare and present ice cream creations with attention to detail and presentation.

Maintain a clean and organized ice cream display case.

Customer Service:

Provide friendly, efficient, and attentive customer service.

Take customer orders accurately and handle cash and card transactions.

Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Cafe Maintenance:

Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the coffee bar, ice cream counter, and customer seating area.

Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.

Follow all health and safety guidelines.

Perform opening and closing procedures.

Teamwork:

Work well with other cafe staff.

Assist in other cafe duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous barista or customer service experience preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system.

A passion for coffee and ice cream.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Food handlers certification is required.
