Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and beverages to company standards.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and hygiene.
Follow food safety, health, and safety regulations at all times.
Promote menu items and upsell where appropriate.
Help achieve daily sales and service targets.
Assist in implementing promotions and new product launches.
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years experience as a barista in a café or coffee chain.
Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead by example and work well in a team.
Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
Able to work weekends and public holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
Barista certification or professional coffee training.
Experience in staff training or shift leadership.
Knowledge of POS systems and basic inventory control.
