Find & Win New Partners
You’ll identify and engage automotive workshops that are a perfect fit for our claim referral program. Every new workshop you onboard is a new revenue channel—and you’ll own that success.
Build Relationships That Matter
This isn’t a “sell and forget” role. You’ll become a trusted partner to workshop owners, helping them grow their business while driving referrals to ours. Regular follow-ups, site visits, and problem-solving will keep your portfolio active and thriving.
Track Your Impact
You’ll monitor the revenue generated from each workshop you bring on board. With clear KPIs and transparent tracking, you’ll always know how close you are to hitting your targets—and earning your commission.
Report with Purpose
Weekly reporting isn’t just admin—it’s your chance to showcase wins, flag support needs, and get visibility from leadership. We’ll review your workshop engagement log, pipeline progress, and sales summaries to help you stay on track.
What We Offer
Performance-Led Commission
Earn commission on total quarterly sales above your baseline KPI. Commission is paid, subject to accurate reporting and management verification. The more you drive, the more you earn.
Structured Yet Flexible Schedule
Work 5 days per week
Office presence required on Wednesdays for team alignment and meetings
Remaining days are yours to plan—field visits, follow-ups, or focused reporting work
Visibility & Growth

What We Expect (The Essentials)
Proven ability to prospect, pitch, and close partnerships (automotive or B2B sales experience is a plus)
Strong organisational skills—you’ll be managing multiple workshops and tracking your pipeline
Comfort with weekly reporting and performance reviews
Reliable attendance and adherence to reporting deadlines (non-compliance may affect commission eligibility)
