Dutiesand Responsibilities
- Leadour business development efforts in client acquisition and creating newbusiness opportunities to maintain and further GVT’s competitive edge in ultra-precisionmachining, complex mechatronics assembly and advance materials capabilities
- Developand execute business development strategies to position GVT to be the leadingmanufacturing solutions and services provider in Asia Pacific
- Leadstrategic account penetration efforts and engage with key customers’ next-genproducts and developments
- AccelerateGVT’s growth by exploring potential leads and partnerships as well as leveragingon GVT’s value proposition to grow existing client accounts
- Developsales and revenue forecast and marketing plan for key client accounts
- Periodicallyconduct market competitiveness analysis to develop targeted revenue growthstrategies
- Leverageon your extensive network and contacts to gain market intelligence and positionGVT to capture new business opportunities across various industries
- A ‘trustedadvisor’ for clients and partners to promote our deep expertise and leadingmanufacturing solutions so as to build an aggressive qualified pipeline
- Developand maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key clients, proposinginnovative solutions to value-add to their operations and businesses
- Understandclient pain points and communicate their requirements for continuousimprovement
- Lead and support overseas business developmentefforts in exploring new sector opportunities
Position Requirements
EducationRequirements: Bachelor’s/ Master’sDegree in Engineering, Business or equivalent.
Experience Level Requirements: Minimum 15years of relevant experience with similar position
Skills Desired:
- At least 15 years ofBusiness Development experience in the precision engineering field
- Deep knowledge andnetwork in semiconductor, life sciences or medical market
- A proven trackrecord in business development and account management in relevant industry
- Possess an exceptionalrelationship management skill
- A proven ability todemonstrate growth mind-set in a professional capacity
- An excellentcollaborator who influences and creates executive interest for a company’ssolutions and offerings to drive local and regional growth
- Self-driven andresult oriented with excellent presentation, communication, planning andinterpersonal skills
- Must be fluent inwritten and spoken English.
- Willing to travel regionally and/or globally
