Job description for Business Development Assistant at Swee Heng Bakery Pte Ltd
Job Description:
Assist in the development of new brand, outlets expansion and marketing strategies
Support in writing new business proposals
Monitor and keep track lease contract expiry for renewal
Coordinate with main contractor for new outlets renovation works
Assist submission of documentation to contractor and authority
Handle all payment with accounts and recording
Manage all documents filing
Update products information at online delivery platform eg. GrabFood, Foodpanda, Deliveroo, Redmart.
Assist and take on any other responsibility as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ /Professional Certificate/NITEC in Marketing / Business Management studies or equivalent.
Entry-level candidates are welcome.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Words, Powerpoint).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment.
Highly organized and good time-management abilities.
Benefit:
10 days annual leave. Additional 1 day for every 12 months of continuous service, up to maximum of 14 days.
