We are hiring  Data Analyst to support business operations using AI tools. This role tracks investments, services portfolios, follows market trends, and monitors business production output. Suited for someone entry-level who is comfortable with data and wants to use AI tools in day-to-day work.

Key Responsibilities

Track investment performance and flag major changes or risks.

Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to analyze data, summarize reports, and speed up research.

Service and maintain client/business portfolios, keeping records accurate and up to date.

Monitor market trends and prepare simple summaries highlighting key changes.

Track business production numbers (output, sales, or volume metrics) and report on progress against targets.

Build simple trackers or dashboards (Excel, Google Sheets) for portfolios, market data, and production figures.

Support the team with day-to-day data requests and reporting.

Minimum requirements

·       Local Diploma or degree  in Business or related field

·       Good Excel/Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts).

·       Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude for analysis and summarizing.

·       Clear written communication, able to explain data simply.

·       Detail-oriented and organized.

·       Able to work independently
