Job description for Business Analyst at Infrasoft Technologies Pte Ltd
- 4–8+ years of Business Analyst / Consulting experience in SaaS or enterprise application transformations (Salesforce, Workday, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, OutSystems, Power Platform, etc.).
- Proven experience in Agile delivery (Scrum, SAFe, hybrid Agile) – ability to write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and support backlog prioritization.
- Strong consulting toolkit: stakeholder management, problem structuring, business case development, and business process re-engineering.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills – able to engage both senior leaders and frontline staff.
- Passion for transformation: excited about AI, automation, application platforms, and customer/employee experience redesign.
