Scope of work

• Building Maintenance & Repair

• Carry out daily /Weekly/Monthly inspection of common areas (lobby, carpark, lift lobby, corridors, roof)

• Carry out minor defects works (door lock, hinges, tiles, painting touch-up).

• Attend residents’ complaints related to water, electricity tripped and gas issues.

• Replace faulty light fittings, switches, cable works.

• Maintain minor plumbing systems (toilet leaks, pipe leaks, chokes).

Requirements

• Able to read and write basic English

• Able to perform minor handyman work

• Knowledge in Electrical and Plumbing Sanitary
