Job description for BIM Modeller at Stream Environment Singapore
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the Project Department on Design issues and produce Construction and as-built drawings.
- To assist Sales Department to produce design proposal.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of design in order to ensure minimum error in material fabrication and site installation.
- To maintain and update the drawing database whilst maintaining historical records to enable supply of spare parts for older systems.
- To ensure that adequate security is maintained at all times to prevent unauthorized access of the Company's proprietary information.
- Liaise with Main Contractors for any coordination process.
- To understand and proficiently operate BIM-related software, including CAD and Navisworks, to support design coordination and Project Execution.
- To perform and task deemed necessary by the Management for the efficient running of the access of the operation of the Company.
- Requirements: -
- Recognized Degree / Diploma in Architecture / Mechanical / Engineering.
- Min 2 years of working experience in CAD drafting in local industry (contractor firm preferred).
- Min 2 years of working experience in BIM modeller in local industry (Contractor firm preferred).
- Able to multi-task, Independent, self-discipline , willing to learn
- Able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and Microsoft Project
