BIM MODELLER

Full-time

We are looking for BIM Modeller proficient in MEP trade.

Job Description:

Project Stage:

• Create and update BIM models based on Contract drawings and corrigendum.
• Preparation of models for coordination and Shop drawing submission in accordance to the BIM schedule
• Prepare BIM models to communicate and visualization aids
• Ensure the integrity/quality of the models, eg. Models to be clear of clashes
• Create Still images rendering for the presentation.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture / Structure/ Construction Management related
• At least 1 year of BIM experience
• Well-versed in building regulations and local design codes
• Strong communication and Good interpersonal skill
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, ACC Collab and Revit modelling
