About the role

Dong Jian (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled BIM Drafter to join our dynamic team in the Springleaf North Region. As a full-time BIM Drafter, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed 3D building information models to support our architectural and engineering projects.

What you'll be doing

Produce accurate and detailed 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit and other BIM software

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure BIM models meet project requirements

Conduct model coordination and clash detection to identify and resolve design issues

Generate 2D construction drawings, schedules, and other deliverables from the BIM models

Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle

Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM processes and software

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience as a BIM Drafter or Revit Technician

Proficient in using Autodesk Revit and other BIM software

Strong understanding of building design, construction, and documentation processes

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines

Formal training or certification in architecture, engineering, or construction management preferred
