Job Description
Handling sales order
Coordinating goods delivery to customers
Billing matters and sending out invoices/notices
Updating of Ordering System and generating sales reports
Handling phone enquiries and office walk-in enquiries, visitors, delivery people
Assisting in Accounts Receivables collection and Accounts Payable payment
Performing data entry, filing and clerical duties
Handling Leave and Claim forms
Carrying out general administrative support for Office
Performing additional tasks and duties as and when instructed by accountant
Job Requirement
NITEC, “N”, “O” Levels, ITE, Diploma or equivalent
Meticulous in handling figures with good eye for details
Possess good inter-personal communication skills
Bilingual
Min 1 year experience in Billing/Administrative Support or equivalent
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
5 working days in office
