Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic Beauty Consultants to join our Singapore team to deliver exceptional customer service, drive product and treatment sales, and build lasting client relationships in a premium aesthetic & beauty environment.

Main Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Greet clients, conduct product and treatment consultations, and recommend tailored solutions based on skin concerns and goals.

Sales & Targets: Actively promote products, packages and memberships; meet individual and team sales targets.

Product Knowledge: Maintain deep knowledge of skincare, bodycare and aesthetic services; demonstrate and explain product benefits and usage.

Booking & Frontline Duties: Manage appointments, handle enquiries, process payments and support reception duties as needed.

Client Follow-up: Contact clients for post-treatment care, promotions and retention initiatives; track client progress and feedback.

Hygiene & Compliance: Ensure outlet cleanliness and adhere to company SOPs, health & safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 1 year in retail beauty, skincare consultancy, or salon/aesthetic front-line roles preferred.

Skills: Strong sales aptitude, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a customer-first attitude.

Knowledge: Familiarity with skincare products, basic facial treatments or aesthetics is an advantage.

Languages: Fluent English; proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus.

Education & Certification: Relevant beauty or retail training is preferred but not mandatory.

Attributes: Presentable, proactive, target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
