  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Drive treatment and product sales.
  • Monitor outlet performance.
  • Execute marketing promotions.
  • Grow customer retention and referrals.
  • Lead and motivate the team.
  • Set and monitor staff targets.
  • Coach and train team members.
  • Prepare staff schedules.
  • Build a positive work culture.
  • Ensure excellent customer service.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints.
  • Build strong customer relationships.
  • Improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain service standards.
  • Oversee daily outlet operations.
  • Ensure smooth outlet workflow.
