You will promote beauty services and offers through social media, manage stock and orders, maintain hygiene of equipment, deliver skin and hair treatments, handle customer requests and complaints professionally, and foster teamwork in a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Advertise and promote services, offers, and discounts via social media to increase customer engagement
• Monitor stock levels and order beauty products promptly to ensure availability
• Clean beauty equipment and tools thoroughly after use, following hygiene standards to maintain safety
• Perform skin and hair treatments competently to meet client needs
• Respond to customer requests and complaints professionally to resolve issues and enhance satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Research and apply current beauty industry trends to suggest innovative marketing ideas
• Motivate colleagues and foster teamwork through effective communication and a positive work environment
• Adapt to night shifts, split shifts, and work extra hours or weekends as required
