About the role

We are seeking an experienced BD Director to join our dynamic team at DAO BLOCKCHAIN PTE. LTD.' Based in Toa Payoh Central Region, this is a full-time position that will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth and expanding our client base. As the BD Director, you will be responsible for strategising and executing targeted sales campaigns to identify and convert new opportunities.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing tailored sales strategies to accelerate new business acquisition

Identifying and qualifying high-potential leads and opportunities aligned with our organisational goals

Conducting effective outreach and negotiations to convert leads into new client partnerships

Maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects and monitoring sales performance metrics

Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and delivery teams to support the sales process

Providing regular updates and forecasting to leadership on sales activities and results

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in new business development, preferably within the Sales industry and New Business Development sub-sector

Excellent networking, prospecting, and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients

In-depth understanding of the Sales industry and the ability to identify and capitalise on emerging trends and opportunities

Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels

Highly motivated and driven, with a proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
